  • AEROSPACE

    Propak provide a single source solution for world leading aerospace companies with our AS91000 accreditation. From prototypes to design and manufacture we have the knowledge and wherewithal to support our customers throughout the whole manufacturing process. We have been involved in many major projects, manufacturing components for both commercial and civil aircraft.

  • DIGITAL SIGNAGE

    Propak offer an end-to-end service for the digital display industry and have been involved in the design for manufacture process on a huge amount of projects. Our engineers are fully versed in the integration of display screens technology, heat sinks assemblies & heat distribution housed within bespoke enclosure and consoles. To demonstrate how scalable our offering is Propak designed one of the largest international digital display deployments the UK 1400 consoles being distributed to Australia and the USA within 6 weeks of order. Digital roll-outs have included many project on behalf of JCDecaux including digital escalator screens with all three dimensional design for all wall mounting systems to hang the screens for London, Oslo and Vienna.

    Our experience in the rail sector covers project for both Rail and LUL. Propak completely understand the market and can offer fully compliant products and assemblies in a range of paint and metal finishes compliant with LUL regulations for fire and smoke requiremens. We also manufacture numerous Stainless Steel Entrance Barriers and Ticketing Machines for frontline TFL companies.

    Manufacturing from a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, Propak are fully equipped to support our customer’s product requirements in the medical and scientific industries. We currently manufacture metal parts for medical equipment to the highest quality and to very tightest tolerances. Our customer’s products include medical trolleys, storage & racking, mountings, consoles, monitor and screening equipment.

    Propak was formed in 1977 to serve the print and imaging industry deriving its name from its association with Kodak. Since then, Propak have continuously been involved in manufacturing of precision parts for print and imaging companies such as FujiFIlm.

    Propak manufacture a range of products and assemblies including boxes, housings, cabinets, switchgear and connection equipment for the telecommunications markets.

    Propak design, manufacture and assemble simple chassis and enclosures through to hundreds of fully integrated ticketing and printing kiosks for a range of customers in the electronic and aviation industry.

Materials can also thermally zinc sprayed to provide the very highest levels of corrosion resistance with warranties of up to 25 years. Propak manufacture products that range from analysis equipment to test the flash point of fuels to fully enclosed subsea monitoring modules.
