Propak Sheet Metal operate an ISO9001 (2000) approved quality assurance system and have done since October 1993. During this time our engineering processes have been continually refined and improved. We operate systems that comply with the stringent quality control requirements of MOD, Rail and Underground companies and have had our quality system audited and approved by companies such as Fujitsu, BAE and Dupont among many others.

Our attention to customer satisfaction is evident in everything we manufacture, right down to the moment the product is delivered to the customers door.

With numerous quality checks such as ISO9001 approved and RoHS (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances) & WEEE (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment) compliant directives already in place, we have the all the necessary procedures to allow us to achieve total customer satisfaction every time.

Our immediate response to problem solving via our extremely competent and highly trained Quality Supervisors emphasise our methods of maintaining product reliability for each of our customers.

Six Sigma Training has been undertaken within the company with key quality inspection and quality staff trained to Greenbelt standard. With this statistical approach to process improvement in place, it allows for us to design for manufacture. Commitment to the quality rationale is reinforced by our bespoke training programs aimed at increasing operator process knowledge and reducing the dependency on inspection.
